The third picture is actually a board specially designed to keep your blades sharp. It's called Hydroma HY72 by Röchling. Peter posted a photo of it as well.It's an industrial supplier in Germany and unfortunately they don't sell directly to end-customers.
However, I used my employers contacts to get a quote and it's 45€ per board (60 cm by 40 cm in 2,5 cm thickness). I want to buy one, but the have a minimum order amount of 150€.
