Reinforcement for seams

I had the tutorial for the flat pouch quite a while back but I don’t have it anymore. I wrote down the name of the tape that Peter used for reinforcing the seam. Unfortunately, I can’t find that piece of paper either. Can anyone tell me what the name of that is or what would be the best brand to use for it.
