You can certainly be proud of your accomplishments! Your enthusiasm for my courses has led some people to believe you are paid by me to promote them 🤣(which is not the case) but I thank you for all your support and appreciation of my efforts in trying to provide the best leather craft tutorials available! Cant wait to see what the coming years bring for Cofflr! p21
- access to tutorialsEn Welcome! ·14 February 2021Diego and I am a new member of the online school. I am getting familiar with the web but I only see 15 exposed tutorials to which no new content is added. Is there access to another area of the web that I cannot find, where there is more content? Greetings.21216

- Problems cinching a bucket bagEn Help! How do I...·8 October 2020I started worked on this bucket bag for a Christmas present. Saffiano on the exterior, Epsom on the interior. Both are about 1,4mm (should’ve had the interior split, I know). Now that the body is done minus a couple stitches on one side, tested the cinching with the threaded leather and the shape is totally wrong. The top should be closing inward, not pressing outward. I believe the issue is that leather is too thick and perhaps too rigid, which is causing it to take on the shape it does when the cord is pulled tight. @atelierpeternitz @Julien Danel and others: is there any way of saving this or should I cut my losses and start over with thinner, more malleable leather? I even took the grommets out to see if that was the issue, but the bag took on the same shape even without the grommets. Any advice, insight, help would be appreciated. thanks!21394

- Ostrich legEn Help! How do I...·19 April 2021I would like to use ostrich leg for a wallet, but I notice the large scales separate from the rest of the skin. Should these be glued back down? I cant imagine that a wallet will wear well if the scales separate like they do . Thank you!13140

- Wrinkle in leatherEn Help! How do I...·20 April 2021Hi. I have a slight problem here. I used bonded leather to give a bit more form to the outer. I glued the whole bonded leather and not just the sides. I stitched it inside-out and it caused wrinkles. I tried to put conditioner and water for less than 5 minutes, but it’s chrome tanned and fully glued so the water did not fully penetrate. I tried using a home iron in different heat settings with a cotton fabric on top but it’s still wrinkly on the photo. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this or should I just find a way to put the bonded leather after? I am just a bit worried about alignment of the bonded leather when trying to stick it inside, which is why I tried this. Hoping to get some suggestions.13201

- Luxury house - Spitting leather for harmonizationEn Help! How do I...8 May 2021Thank you for your answer @Talitha Joy , maybe my question wasn't clear enough.. I'm not asking about paring to reduce thickness and go as an exemple from 2.8mm to 1.3mm. Let's say we have a piece that is 1.3mm in some parts and 1.2mm in other parts, paring the piece so it is 1.2mm all the way through, what does that bring in terms of feel? Do some of you always split the leather for thickness consistency throughout a piece?12
